Ingredients: cheese filling 45% (fresh cheese 96 %, liquid pasteurised eggs, iodized, ea salt, wheat grits), wheat flour, water, margarine (vegetable fats (palm), sunflower oil, water, emulsifier mono-and diglycerides of fatty acids, salt, acidity regulator citric acid, colour beta-carotene, flavouring), iodized sea salt, powdered eggs. May contain soy.
Zagorski štrukli – Cheese pastry product, quick-frozen.
Preparation instructions: Boiling: Place frozen štrukli in boilling, moderately salted water, and cook about 15 minutes over low hat, to prevent them from falling apart. Drain and sprinkle with fried bread crumbs. Baking: Place frozen štrukli in a greased baking dish, coat with a mixture of fresh or sour cream with beaten egg, anke in an oven preheated to 200 °C about 30 minutes. Keep at temperature of -18 °C or lower. Do not refreeze after defrosting!
