Divka is a coffee substitute prepared in the same fashion as Middle Eastern coffee. No caffeine.
Ingredients: Roasted barley malt (70%), roasted chicory root (30%).
How to prepare Divka:
For 2 cups:
Put 2 teaspoonfuls of Divka into .7 litres of water and bring to a boil. Leave the infusion to let the particles settle. Decant 1/2 of the beverage into a mug. Add sweetener and milk to taste. Serve.
